Great to hear they listened to feedback and acted upon it. I've been a reseller with Heart Internet for almost two years and have really been impressed with their overall service and support.

Haha I remember when you told me you won that, my first comment was "awesome! shame about the prize :S"

Good to see that people listen, however most professional web designer already have a reseller account, too. They should give away a copy of a book like Smile in The Mind, something web designers don't need but rather want, even if they don't know it yet.

Great stuff! I totally agree with giving feedback! Even if it's not taken on board. I know that we love hearing from the people who use/read The Web Squeeze. We look at each and see if it's something we should be doing.

"Keep 'em coming" I say ;)

That's brilliant, John. Hats off to Rob for taking your feedback onboard.

From a company's perspective getting feedback you can act on is great, and from an individual's perspective having a company act on your feedback is great. Win win!

Impressive. Most impressive. I noticed a similarly odd prize elsewhere (free hosting if you transfer a domain away from a host - WTF?) but like always, decided to offer a snarky tweet instead of bringing it up.
