Been considering this for a while now. Still unsure which tasks I would be able to outsource. I feel boo research can only be done myself since it's usually a waterfall of ideas. Typical administrative tasks usually involve / booking &invoicing which has a privacy component. Interested to hear how you use an assistent. But you're right, you can get too sucked into the minutae of running a business and loss track. Best way I find to get back to the focus is to take a day or so out of the office every month and go somewhere with a pen, paper and laptop. Pref. somewhere inspirational.
